The Charlie Data Manager is a (set of) program(s) that lets you construct and 
manage Access-Databases. With the program you can freely (re-)construct a database,
create/delete and modify Table, Indexes, Fields, relations and Query's.

You habe have tools to calculate the performance of your Db, print it's dictionary,
manage detailed field / table descriptions, etc. etc.

With it's SQL-feature you can create and test your query's interactive. You can 
then print the results, or show them on screen. These query's can than be 
incorporated in a runtime module which allows user's to access the database, 
and extract information of it.
